"Building our house was not the most seamless nor pleasant experience, that is all I will say about that, but there were bright spots that have consistently occurred along the way. The one company that has consistently lived up to our expectations and more often than not exceeded them has been Modern.
Sure we had some product issues (siding fading), installation issues, but each and every problem was never really a problem because it was never an issue that couldn't be taken care of fast enough by your crews. In a way I shouldn't use the word problem, because you never let any issue become one. That is amazing!
From replacing the entire siding on the house to fixing a leaking window today, there was never a question about "if" it needs fixing. It was dealt with in a timely fashion and never has there been a question of when it will be fixed. Your crew simply came out fixed what needed to be done in a friendly, professional way. The fact is that not all business owners in Powell River can say that they have the same professional and courteous attitude that your team promotes.
I wanted to thank you and let you know that your company has restored my faith in people in a way that had been sorely challenged."
